Selecting Leave Application to Edit

Select the “Edit Leave Application” link from the left pane.

The “Select Leave Application to Edit” page appears.

The system displays the following header details.

Entity Name	The current legal entity name of the login employee.
Date Format	The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed as “DD-MMM-YYYY”. Tell me more.
Employee Name	The full name of the login employee.
OHR Number	The Oracle HR ID of the login employee.
Legal Entity Hire Date	The date on which the login employee joined the current entity.
Dept/Function	The system displays login employee’s current department.
Supervisor OHR Number	The login employee’s reporting Supervisor’s OHR number.
Supervisor Name	The reporting supervisor name of the login employee.

Enter the following in the “Leave Type” group box.

Leave Calendar	From the drop-down list box, select the leave calendar for which you require to edit leave application details.
Leave Type	From the drop-down list box, select the leave type for which you require to edit leave application details. The drop-down list box will be loaded with the pre-defined leave types like Privilege Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, LOP, etc.,

Select the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the leave application details.

The system displays the following in the “Leave Application Details” group box.

Application No.	The unique application number of the leave request.
Leave From	The date from which you applied for leave.
From Session	The session from which you applied for leave.
Leave To	The date until which you applied for leave.
To Session	The session until which you applied for leave.
Application Status	The system displays the status of the application.

Select the hyperlinked leave application number in the multiline.

The “Edit Leave Application” page appears.
